The Barnet Bluetooth Project ‘Blueteeth’

Paul Evenett, having served thirty years within the Metropolitan Police, has been using Bluetooth in a wide variety of differing policing environments for over a year.

The Initiative:
In August 2007 we had an idea that Bluetooth may be useful to present public information content in the form of crime prevention advice and contact details to callers at police stations.
A search was made for a device. A number of options were exploreand and It became clear that expert advice together with comprehensive support from any supplier was essential. We found such a supplier based in Leeds.
Why?
